DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS AND PRODUCT LINE

Present Situation

 

¨       XSential is a full line manufacturer of static shielding and moisture barrier packaging primarily for the electronics industry.  XSential manufactures a full range of pouches for the medical and food industries as well as other flexible packaging products.  The company was established in 1995.

 

¨       XSential runs fourteen pouch making machines including some of the newest and fastest machines available in the industry.

 

¨       XSential services its multi-national clients on a worldwide basis.  The company maintains warehouse space in both the United States and Singapore and provides JIT delivery in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, The Philippines, Mexico, Ireland and of course the USA.

 

¨       XSential focused its efforts on gaining corporate qualification with many multi-national major electronics firms.  Through extensive testing and R & D, the company currently maintains open accounts with many notable companies including but not limited to IBM, Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Seagate, Quantum, Intel, AMD, Solectron, Xerox and Flextronics.
